What Will Be Will Be

I have noticed that when there is an abundance of birds at the feeder it is often a signal that the weather is going to get colder. Birds seem to sense what is coming ahead of us. It is natural for animals and humans to prepare for the trials of the winter months. I wondered what the Yoga Sutra’s had to say about this idea of preparing for the future, and even goal setting. So many verses talk specifically about being present and living in the moment but not a lot about things like “goals settings, News Year’s resolutions, or future preparations.” Well, not in the Western sense of the way. The idea isn’t about not preparing for your future but our attachment to the idea of that future. Worrying about the future causes undue stress, believing we are entitled to certain outcomes is not healthy, expectation will disappoint. Being present means we need to enjoy each daily step. Honestly, we can prepare for the future, like how birds cache seeds, yet we must still be completely aware of what is in front of you at any given moment. All we have is this one moment in time, this one breath, the future in not granted. That goal of making x amount of money, or getting that job, or running a successful business, may or may not be achieved, but attachment to that outcome will not bring you happiness. It is letting go of attachment that is important, being present to what we are granted right now. It is so important to enjoy the process and to be aware of each breath, which is all we truly have. Wow! Well said! I couldn't agree more! This philosophical outlook on how to live one's life is something that I discovered years ago and have tried to live my life by ever since. That being said... one needs to be brutelly honest with ones self and assess the true meaning and reason for existing in this 3d "matrix" of what we call reality. I truly believe we are spiritual "energy" beings encapsulated in these physical shells we call bodies in this carbon based matrix. We exist temporarily in this field (a human lifetime) in order to exercise our desire for expansion of our energy being, (our true self or nature) which many refer to as consciousness. We may increase this energy field which many call "enlightenment" (to gain energy) if we choose to do so. The higher we become energetically, the more enlightened we become, which is the ultimate goal of our existence and nature. According to Tesla, (and I don't mean Musk, the car guy) but Nicoli, the brilliant physicist and inventor who once stated that if you understood just these 3 principles: 1st- that every thing is energy, 2nd- that energy vibrates, and 3rd- that energy vibrates to a certain frequency, then you would have the keys to the Universe and knowledge of our existence and of all things. So, just how do we increase our energy vibration you say, well stay tuned and keep this conversation going and I will tell you more. Namaste - Khnemu

Part 2: How to increase your energy vibration.
As stated in the previous post, what we truly are, are energy beings or energetic spiritual entities encapsulated by these temporary 3-d carbon based vessels that we call an earthly body. We inhabit these bodies in order to encounter various aspects of experiences. It is through this process of experiential encounters on this earthly plane that we gain the knowledge to expand our conscious awareness or our energy being, of whom we really are. The only way to access this information is through this experiencial process for it is the only way that encompasses the "feeling" aspect to experience true learning. As the saying goes.. "you don't fully understand anything, until you truly lived it." For example, you can't really know the pain and suffering of a mother who just lost her baby unless you experienced it yourself. So, "feeling" is one of the keys to learning and expanding our energy vibration. One must truly feel the experience rather than assume or imagine what it may feel like, in order to gain true knowledge and understanding. This is also a good reason to be non-judgemental or accusitory of anyone or anything. One does not know the path that the other has traveled to get to where they are today or the circumstances and experiences that they've encountered along their journey that have shaped their energy being. We should be more forgiving. So we have determined that in order to expand our energy vibration we must "feel", but how and why is this necessary? Well, feelings are attached to emotions, which are states of being. We should aspire to "be" (living in the present moment) to the highest level that we can and why you ask? It is because the emotion of love in all its aspects, vibrates at the highest frequency. We are all energy entities semeaningly individualized from the greater whole (the One) as multiple beings so it can expose itself to as many experiences as it can to further understand itself. It, (the One) is only exercising the axiom, "Know Thyself". This is why, we all have free will to choose the way we want to experience our lives. If the goal of every energy being is to expand and grow and vibrate at the highest frequency that we can achieve, then we must choose to exercise the higher vibrations of love, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, understanding, caring, consideration, sharing, generosity, joyfulness, peacefulness, patience, well being, and cooperation, etc., rather than lower vibrations of hatred, anger, prejudice, cruelty, torture, killing, stealing, lying, cheating, blasphemy, treachery, boastfulness and meaness, etc.. Remember, the more positive vibrations we adopt the higher our frequency becomes and therefore attracts other entities of like mind. This will also attract and generate more positive outcomes in ones life. This is the premise of how the "law of attraction" works. Dr Emoto, a Japanese professor and scientist did an experiment where he took two exact samples of water from a lake (Ewa) and placed them in identical rooms under simular conditions. One sample he wrote the words anger, hatred and killing and on the sample he wrote love, joy and kindness. Each day he would enter both rooms and greet them. In the negative room he would enter by cursing at the sample with an angry tone saying phrases like you're ugly! And you disgust me! And I hate you! In the other room he would enter by saying in a cheerful tone, you're beautiful, and I'm so happy to see you! And I love you! He repeated this ritual for about two weeks. He then took both samples and froze them. He then took slices from both of them and examined them under a microscope. On the negative, cursed sample the frozen crystals were discolored and mishapened while the positive side revealed beautiful six-sided semetrical brilliant clear crystals. This showed that the attitude and demeanor of the professor affected the water which means that everything is energy can be affected by our frequency as well, and have a negative or positive impact from it. The choice is ours as to what frequency we would like to resonate at. So, be extra careful of what attitude you decide to carry with you and remember the emotion behind the intent for whatever you think, (thoughts) say, (words) and do (action) will affect the level of your vibration. We all desire to "climb the highest mountain" with our lives, so we may culminate at the Universal Diviness one day, the One and until then the rest is just "Que, sera, sera...
